MaadharChodhsAre everywhere in India but more in North India. For instance, 20% North Indians AreMaadharChods but that rate is less than 2% in South India.
According to me, South India means Kerala, TN, AP, Karnataka, Telangana; East India means Orissa, WB, Assam and North-Eastern states; and North India means all other states (including Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat) not covered in South & East India.
MaadharChodhsInclude rapists, robbers, dacoits, murderers, religious extremists, corrupt fellows, cell phone snatchers, laptop snatchers, chain snatchers, corrupt govt officials, dirty politicians, etc (notwithstanding the literal meaning of the term).
IN SOUTH CRIMES ARE BETTER REPORTED whereas in North India, crimes poorly reported.
Delhi, UP, MP, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar are the worst places where MaadharChodhsAre highest in proportion.
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 130,000 criminals pan-India every year (100,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10,000 East Indians). Everyday at least 70 criminals (25,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
All Indians (South or North) need conscience-development training, but there should be special focus on reforming North Indians.
Post the 2012 gang rape, RAPE has been deployed as a political tool inside India. Rapes are being used as political tools to attack government machineries.In these cases I am not saying all cases may have collusions, but the people perpetrating the crimes, means planning and later politicization of these cases are the REAL criminals.There was a time when religion was used as a political tool to galvanize soceities. If the gang rape of Haryana is being politicized, that party should be looked down and spitted up on.In this case it is Congress,to facilitate the crowing of shehzada. There should be a rule passed by the supreme court of this country to deplore using such heinous cases as political tools. Wake up people. This is shameless ruthless political drumbeats leading to elections trying to pipe Indians into voting on a certain pattern exciting anti incumbency. Just pick the women folk of all the culprits and put pressure to surrender. It will result in 48 hours. ALso the culprits must be punished before presenting to court of law.
Its direct fallout of giving political patronage to goons and it happens everywhere in India. Politicians sheild crimnals for their petty benefits and they commit heinous crimes. Its not about one party all political parties are guilty of sheltering criminals.... Book politicians who sheild crime no matter how small it is.....

otherwise india as a nation will get a very bad name on behalf of haryana.
other case in point is delhi.
that women are to be treated low ,is embedded in haryanvi minds which is to be removed.
an MLA, a women says "unemployment" is one of the reasons, which shows even the representatives of people are also of very low caliber.
as though rest of india is enjoying higher rate of employment and haryana is lacking. even if so a responsible MLA should avoid such utterances.
Both delhi and haryana must be kept under president's rule for 5 years, and "rule of law", must be enforced and people must be made to understand how world runs and how human behavior shoul be, and how women are to be treated.
a CM, DGP, many IG-s, many secretaries all getting salary from the " exchequer " are " showpieces ? "
are they not sensible ones ??

common man suffering in the streets, children being raped, lesser beings are ill-treated by police on daily basis, i mean what for the government exists and with all these parapernelia ??

a government and its official machinery must exist only for the people and people's welfare only , and IF NOT , it must GET LOST, instead of exhibiting show business.
