Post the 2012 gang rape, RAPE has been deployed as a political tool inside India. Rapes are being used as political tools to attack government machineries.In these cases I am not saying all cases may have collusions, but the people perpetrating the crimes, means planning and later politicization of these cases are the REAL criminals.There was a time when religion was used as a political tool to galvanize soceities. If the gang rape of Haryana is being politicized, that party should be looked down and spitted up on.In this case it is Congress,to facilitate the crowing of shehzada. There should be a rule passed by the supreme court of this country to deplore using such heinous cases as political tools. Wake up people. This is shameless ruthless political drumbeats leading to elections trying to pipe Indians into voting on a certain pattern exciting anti incumbency. i am always of the opinion that haryana state must be under president rule for 3/5 years and its people must be made to understand it is 21st century and barbarism will not the way out.
haryana is the most uncivilised state with haryanvi "khap" culture, and rapping is almost undestood to be a normal thing for boys. sad. a women MLA says it is due to unemployment.
these haryanvi's must be taught many lessons as they are primitive.

Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 110,000 criminals pan-India every year (80,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10,000 East Indians). Everyday at least 70 criminals (25,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
All Indians (South or North) need conscience-development training, but there should be special focus on reforming North Indians.
