The probe panel must investigate whether the DGP and his cohots were on the payroll of foreign powers to negate india's space progreamme. If so they all must be tried for treason and given maximum punishment. The country and its people will not tolerate TRAITORS.

Director General of Police Siby Mathews and two retired superintendents of police K K Joshua and S Vijayan, all of them playing innocent.

Sexual gratification was one of the main reason behind this.
So, if OSCAR committe can take strong action againts
produces, why India can not take strong action against those thugs, who not only harassed scientist but also delayed our space programme.

Supreme Court has not given a proper judgement. Is Rs 50 Lac's an amount that can compensate this great scientist. A man who did India proud with Cryogenic engine which made India a super power and satelite launcher. SC should have ordered maximum punishment to the police officers and others who had falsely implicated this innocent scientist. It is a shame that Sibi Mathews comments that the SC judgement is illogical. The state Government under Oommen Chandy had allowed this man to be the Hon State Information Commissioner of Kerala as a reward for helping them to destroy Sri K Karunakaran. The Hon SC should have asked the Gov't of India to confer Padma Vibhushan on him. His suffering, his precious time and other losses cannot be compensated.

Some good News. The SC has once again held the qualities of Liberty and Dignity- enshrined in the the Preamble of the Constitution of India - to be sacrosanct.

Can feel the harassment he would have gone through driven by a political agenda targeting true "Leader of Kerala" who drove development for Kerala, The event just spoiled his political career and life of a scientist who became the scapegoat
