I think that after decriminalization of gay sex, this mullakal fellow should be sodomized for 20 times a day with an iron rod of 3 inch diameter, for 6 months, by hanging him upside-down so that penetration is smoother and can go upto 8 inches inside. Starting rod diameter can be 3 inches, then can be increase to 4 inches gradually. We have to ensure that he loses the use of his rectum forever
