One of the finer ways is to come out with a "RESTRUCTURING" bank capitals, under which the govt./ministers can pump in more money to the banks, thus hiding NPAs and lot of other irregularities done by banks. The public swallows that without batting an eye, because they do not understand what exactly is happening there. The deviousness of such machinations can be seen even in Rafale business.

Vijay Mallya is a criminal wanted by the law enforcement of India. He is a fugitive from Indian investigative agencies and law enforcement.
Had he said, he met Sonia Gandhi or Siddaramaih before he left India, all sky would have break lose.

This is as absurd as the BJP questioning why MMS met Mallya to discuss his financial problems. Govt functionaries must always be open to discussing major issues with industry leaders , otherwise what is the point in saying we are looking at a new economy and rejecting the socialist , Soviet path ?
