Under the present system, no one has power to waive such loan or get settled, banking norms are not controlled directly by any leader. Hue and cry is only election gimmick.

Please understand Jaitly himself said that he had idea of his bluff. Still he does nothing to keep him in India so that he cannot fleet out of India
Congress oe BJP are same, all you loot I loot, create some noise in parlament, some mouth frothing debate accusing each other in Loud mouth Arnab type debate,,then judiciary ,cbi, other regulatory body join the game, ten fifteen years, many court hearings adjournments, lawyers getting lots of money, cases drag on and on,then forgotten, this is india ,all parties, parliamentary committes,CBI,ED,past and present MPs all work together,I pat your back, you pat mine, then no body is punished, indian democracy always succeeds, not the people ever.

Can anyone tell us how FM can get the loans waived given by banks. Why politicians are crying, why wasting their energy on unproductive work, why not improve the system.
Re: Re: Sub nanhe hai
by daniel thorat on Sep 13, 2018 10:54 AM
One of the finer ways is to come out with a "RESTRUCTURING" bank capitals, under which the govt./ministers can pump in more money to the banks, thus hiding NPAs and lot of other irregularities done by banks. The public swallows that without batting an eye, because they do not understand what exactly is happening there. The deviousness of such machinations can be seen even in Rafale business.

"You loot I loot" seems possible, but still not making both parties equal in the real size, scope and long term consequences to the nation. What one must not forget is : "who made greater or any real sacrifices for the nation"?. That is where BJP/RSS and all their supporters lose out fully.

Why shouldnt the FM and PM be also tried under criminal conspiracy sections for helping a criminal run away?

Yes, you sure have a valid question. In fact, not only for Mallya, N.Modi,Choksey etc. but for all major fiascoes, goof ups, laughable show-offs done by anyone including PM. Whyt not?

Let a probe be conducted on all properties and assets of Jaitley . Corrupted hypocrite rogue; puts up an innocent face all the time . How will he provide a boost to economy when this bastard's focus is on amassing improper wealth ?

Its quite natural that a popular face like Mallya with a criminal record and wanted by enforcement bodies in India, cannot flee from the country with his big body, unless the ministers and beurocrats colluded with him
Re: Re: PM & FM knew very well about Malya's run
by daniel thorat on Sep 13, 2018 11:00 AM
Mallya cannot ever be called "a popular face" - not after destroying hundreds of KF employees, and other things. The rest of the comment is Yes.

This may another drama being played by Mallya, just to divert the attention, may be also.OK,taking it for granted he met Jaitley, why was he silent all these months,if itbweteto be true. This fellow is playing tricks ,just bring division between BJP and Congress to divert attention.Let him speak the same thing after coming overtonIndia in a court of law, which will a a stance to substantiate his view.Till then these two parties will be blaming each other like street fight.
Vijay Mallya is a criminal wanted by the law enforcement of India. He is a fugitive from Indian investigative agencies and law enforcement.
Had he said, he met Sonia Gandhi or Siddaramaih before he left India, all sky would have break lose.
Based on a statement issued by a convicted criminal ( ex-parte) , the opposition parties demand resignation of law maker of India. Nothing is more shameful and disgusting than this.
Congress desperation can only be matched by it's deprivation or moral values and ethics. And rest of the scum parties just follow.

polo your masters the shameless scamgress were kicked out by the people of India
If Jaitley to resign for meeting Mallya , then opposition should be hanged by law for what they have done to this country.
Bofors, National Herald, Disproportional assets, Money laundering, Corruption , Coal scam, Spectrum Scam, Yamuna express way, Fodder scam, Defense scam and Real estate scam and Sugar Scam, Adarsh Scam, Lhavasa Scam, Stamp paper scam.
Congress, RJD, SP, BSP, TMC, TDP and all the way to NC. These are quintessential scum of India who ate India like termites.
if opposition thinks that Jaitley ought to resign for meeting Mallya based on the version of a criminal fugitive from law, then opposition parties and their leaders should jump off the cliff for what they have done to this country.

Sir, Rafale loot is not merely the biggest (which does not matter because the root principle is the same) but the most naked, blatant and one which no amount of eloquent speeches in Hindi can suppress. Even the Bullet Train and all parochial preferences (for Gujarat etc.) should be exposed.

Perhaps the 2019 elections will expose who the real scum of the country is.

Some brain and some morality required. Need not be a blind always. Supporting some one is good but is it necessary to go back few centuries every time during any discussion?

So you wish you bury your past but dig up your opponent.
This is as absurd as the BJP questioning why MMS met Mallya to discuss his financial problems. Govt functionaries must always be open to discussing major issues with industry leaders , otherwise what is the point in saying we are looking at a new economy and rejecting the socialist , Soviet path ?
