In this case man accused is called "Father" by the victim. And victim is called "Sister" by the accused. In these circumstances, the crime alleged is not possible, otherwise it will be like Pitaji Ram Rahim giving pardon to Sadhvis/Sisters or this is a standard operating procedure?
This bishop has to be defrocked by Indian Church. He deserves jail. If Asaram and Ramrahim can be jailed, what is so great about this christian rapist?

Let him arrested immediately, take him for remand , interrogate him with third degree treatment and tried his case outside his state so that he can not use his influence or use pressur tactics against the victim. He look like a real crook.

If any Hindi involved in such case or such thing happen against minority in BJP ruled state, all the pseudo secular hypocrats, so called intellectuals, human right activists and award wapasi gang will immediately come to action and start nation wide dharnas,march, candle light etc. This people are now in mute mode and are sleeping or waiting for a signal from the people they get directions.
