Its an exceptional thinking by the govt. The expenses to be borne by the govt can be recovered from the individual. Its really a service to the people undertaken by the govt and hope other will follow. Hats off to Mr. Kejriwal for his novel thought.Hope its path opened to follow by many.
Worse thing to happen. If the govt travels door to door, then not only will it lead to more expenditure of resources but also wastage of time. It will be one thing to stand in a line and get things done at a quick pace than waiting for your turn for days, as it would involve going from door to door and spending time at each place on a daily basis. Worse idea. A poll gimmick.

Dear Sunil, I disagree as all new things have some teething problems.Appreciate the idea and give it time to breathe.It may add to some expenses by the Government or some delays but imagine the time and efforts which are required for an 80 years old to travel to different Departments and wait for their turn.Please have patience.For a little check please locate who will issue you a marriage certificate if you were married in 1968.If you answer correctly please send me the forms and procedure.Do not criticize for sake of fun.

how sir, can you explain? At least Mr. Kejariwal is moving towards development and doing good work for Delhi. What poll gimmick you are looking in this step, do not understand, if he provided best services to people. if there is expenditure delhi govt is taking care of n not at lesat burden on individual pocket. What other parties are doing i.e. dirty politics and dividing us in the name so call caste.
