More no.of holidays,less working hours per day make it difficult for the common men to get justice because unnecessarily cases drag on,victim are asked to furnish more than required evidence,defaulters and person ignoring police deptt. & court are treated as innocent whereas person coming to courts for several times is taken as fool and of less value ,whereas courts are there to give speedy and quality judgement to common man.
Work culture is unfortunately lacking in diffrent courts and all this add to misery of common men.
