Let the PDP,NC and innumerable ANTI-INDIA organisations declare they don't participate in any elections , so be it.
India must take a correct seemingly harsh but in reality not a harsh decision for the safety and integral india.
Whenever these PDP NC were in power, they act with in concurrence of indian constitution and the moment they are out of power, they become the usual kashmiris claiming sepaaratism.
SIKKIM and HP have similar laws for property purchase but had they ever ever claim they belong to pakistan? or dishonour india flag ? or encouraged terror against their mother country ??
Kashmiris have gone too far and still they claim victimisation as though rest of india is flourishing well and kashmir alone suffering. The fact is kashmiris are well placed than many other state.
Kasmmir politician enjoy central ministership and enjoy state power and when finally out of power sing a different tone.
35A scrap and only 35A scrap is the answer to the anti-national activities of terrorists, in which when people of gujarat, bihar, haryana and madhyapradesh starts settling in kashmir, and the natives of kashmir, the pandits allowed to settle in their homes, things will definitely start to turn to normalcy, in which the kashmiri muslims who are afraid of terrorists because onn one hand they are muslims and the other hand they are afraid and of fearful nature, which will not happen with north indians settling there.
Mostly terrorists will vanish with north indians around.

Whwn the pandits the natives of kashmir have been threatened to go out of kashmir, did the PDP,NC boycot the elections saying the natives of kashmir have been thrown out ??
Have they anytime failed to loop an alliance with congress,BJP or anyother party to form government whenever their existed a chance ??
NO. So it is their interest alone they are serving, not that of kashmir and india.
Both congress and the BJP made mistakes when keeping quiet when pandits are thrown out, nor when terror had almost a free say.
So what pakistan took decision when their territory fced such situation , nothing but suppression. But india thinks differently even when its citizen are illegally thrown out of kashmir ?? And BJP making allaiance with PDP and still not taking steps for their rehabitation, and even a separate colony could not be made just because separatists are opposing it ?? for one to settle in their homes ??
It is absolutely nonsence whichever way you look at it and it leads only helping pakistan raise the issue in different forums.
I guess this time india takes the right decision and revert the presidential order by a simplemajority law passed to that effect in loksabha.
Otherwise india has to live with kashmir irritant forever, loosing lives of soldiers and citizens both muslims and hindus.
Political parties oppose because they otherwise incur the wrath of terrorists, but in their hearts they know and underatand 35A is the major if not the only reason for kashmir problem

Perhaps Mehbuba Mufti will again sweet Kashmir and the RSS/BJP will have to do an encore in that State. It is necessary to care about NC.
