The Court has declared homosexuality as non-punishable. This is a 'full and free pardon'. The perversions you mentioned are automatically absolved.
I agree with the RSS that while the decriminalisation is desirable, homosexuality is unnatural. In certain cases it is curable and such cases must go for counselling.
