The need of the hour is to break the enemy economically. Well not much is achieved in this area but small steps would always help. Let us break up the enemy and then it would be easy for us to fight them.
Well the Indian Army must visit schools and colleges and ask for the ideas of students on how to develop a system to counter the enemy and give them a situation. I am sure the students from many colleges would give fantastic ideas on which people can work on. Call the common man and I am sure many would give original ideas. I am very much in favor in giving my ideas to the army and would always be of help in what ever little ways I can.
It's great that the Army has stopped relying solely on standard purchase procedures and is looking at local sources who can get them good equipment, even if all parameters are not fully met. They need to continue with this innovative approach to procurement.
