The Mah CM certainly has put everything possible up front for the two persons who now roam free. We have seen many accused go scot free despite concrete evidence. But, we as citizens only have the "say" of police that the evidence will be submitted at the time of charge sheet. Till that time, the intellectuals/activists can be threatened, tortured and/or eliminated till that time, which also is known to happen. I think the Hon`ble SC may take note of every single statement made verbally or in writing by the police, which alone will prove ultimately whether all the drama is fact based or purely a diversion.
That exactly happens when one become mad about staying in power without natural ability. First they start hurting own house and final self leading to suicide. All autocrat in this world have ended their life that.

True.... earlier out of these 5 three were arrested n were kept in jail for 4/5 years....during UPA regime.... they were freed.....there was no hungama..... all problems farmers, Minority, OROP, education,Reservation rise in petrol $ .etc have come up during last 4 years... earlier there was Ram Rajya.... petrol 4 rs to 56 ...$ Rs. 8 to 68 till 2013... during 2012 to 13 from 52;to 68.......farmers were happy, there was unemployment, etc...no problem.....

Police says they have evidence. Now it is for the activists contradict the evidences to prove their innocence. If a person is arrested on suspicion, it is for the police to prove him guilty with supporting evidence. At the same time, suspect also should get chance to prove his/her innocence.
