of justice and the wilful overlooking of an array of very incriminating evidences by the Dipak Misra appointed SC bench in the Justice Loya murder case, his apparent anxiety to rig all cases that have the potential to become dangerous for the BJP (which he showed by consistently avoiding the 4 other judges of the collegium on such benches as they were not stooges like he is) and his own old case of corruption while practising as a lawyer in the Orissa high court (in which he was caught and made to surrender land meant for landless farmers that he claimed with a false affidavit) all will record for history that Dipak Misra and K G Balakrishnan are the most corrupt CJIs in history so far !
CJI Mishra has shown that he will go by the prevailing convention.It also shows that he holds no ill will or bias towards the same people who opposed him when he was the CJI. Hope at least now the ones who objected to him realise their folly and also understand the large heart of the man. I am happy that the present CJI has shown the right path.

Justice Gogoi is the man, who does not believe in systems and administration and did everything to remove his senior colleague and present CJI Deepak Mishra from his position before time and want to see himself on CJI position before time. Now administration-less man will be our next Cheep Justice of India.

It was Justice Chelameshwar, who became Justice of Supreme court with Midshra on the same day and wanted to become Chief Justice. However, till Mr mishra remain Chief justice, he had absolutely no scope to become CJI. Justice Gogoi, Justice Kurien Joseph, Justice madan Lokur gave support to Justice chelameshwar who took active part in protest against powers of Chief Justice.
