I am of the opinion that any MP of either of the house disrupts the proceeding by storming the well and and making the proceedings difficult should be expelled from the house at-least for a day and on the repeat offence should be expelled for one week. Protesting is right of the MPs but decorum of the houses has to be maintained at any cost.
