If winds are calm then how come stubble burning fumes are coming all the way from Punjab to Delhi 200km travel ??? And if there are winds blowing even at 6km per hour then how come stubble burning smoke is not going away ???? These activists have to blame Punjab somehow ... they cannot see the garbage burning in Delhi .. or Delhi garbage burns and gives oxygen ??????
None of the NGT employee or any judge making big hue and cry on pollution have run away from Delhi Seen strike of sweepers many times, problem of dumping garbage, but is anyone serious. Is anyone serious for the control of population in Delhi or around. Whatever NGT or judicial system is doing is only punishing people instead of taking any grass root corrections. Biggest problem is only with govt. servants who see every dirt, garbage and other related issues and skip to their responsibilities instead of solving them.
