Cut Pay to GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs), Divert Money for Development
Nowadays many GovtMaadharChodhs (aka GMCs or 80% Gov employees) get pensions over 30K / pm, a gov peon or junior asst gets salary Rs 35K / pm, gov teacher 50k, lecturer Rs 1.5 lak, professor Rs 2 lak, etc.
I appreciate Modi's initiatives in collecting taxes--GST, Income Tax, etc--from hardworking people and businesses in the pvt sector, but what is the use if this money is paid as exorbitant salaries to 3% GMCs, of whom 80% are good-for-nothing fellows?
In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 80% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.
GMC laggards, who eat up 10% GDP / yr, seldom work, but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. GMCs spend 80% time eating paan & spitting on walls, talking SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr, etc
GMCs have strong unions and often threaten nationwide strike if their exorbitant demands are not met.
Pay good salaries only to defense personnel (while in action); reduce salaries of GMCs to market-avg levels and stop salary revisions. Divert the money thus saved to improve primary education, English skills, healthcare and family planning among poor, SC, ST, MBCs, etc and to support poor farmers driven to suicide. HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs KILLS PATRIOTIC SPIRIT OF NON-GOVT HARDWORKING CITIZENS.
(Instead of Rs 1Lac /PM to a GMC, better pay 10k-to-10 pvt sctr hard-workers)
out of his smelly cupboard in quick succession despite his frantic efforts to destroy all evidence, komaaaaali Modi is now reduced to pathetic attempts to keep diverting the attention of commoners !
He is still supremely confident that the stuxpid people who voted for his party - a large segment of North Indians - will continue to get fooled if he and his henchmen keep producing the same set of sounds, viz, hyndu.....muxlim....hyndu....Pakistan....national....patriotism....anti national.....culture...... and a whole set of Sanskrit words !!
But....skeletons tumbling out has been gathering pace !
The komaaaali and gaxbhai shah are now reduced to frothing at their mouths in an agonising effort at keeping the attention of those stuxpid commoners diverted !
And the only way their petty minds can see ahead is to make more of the same sounds hyndu...muxlim....hyndu....Pakistan....national.... !
We should feel ashamed of people like this who had nothing to say when things became so bad that the Supreme Court asked the CBI if it was a caged Parrot of the government. That was during the UPA rule and it was supposed to investigate the PMO under 'honest' Manmohan Singh on matters relating to the Coal scam. The rot ran deep and if it is finally being cleared, we should be happy.

The author specifically quoted the procedure and said it seems to have been messed up by the Govt - Normally it is the procedure prevails in govt or private entities. Asked both the top leaders to go on leave (in writing?) is not the practice. Having understood/realised after No.1 filed a suit, the govt backed as if No.1 still continues.
Here the question is whether the Govt's action is correct?
Whereas you are quoting AS a grand father's comment happened some years ago - while the people of India already chosen the other during 2014.

The writer said that he investigated Rajiv Gandhi case but what is the outcome? Till date many of the accused have not been hanged. Similarly, in Indira Gandhi assignation case, Balbir Singh was found innocent by the Apex Court whereas Justice Mahesh Varma of Session Court and High Court found all three accused guilty and sentenced them to be hanged till death. But Apex Court let out one so called accused Balbir Singh. So if this sort of mistakes are found in the highest profile case, the Judges who pronounced judgements for hanging should also be hanged till death or atleast removed from the judiciary immediately. For the last so many years, CBI is itself minting money in association with its favourite political party Congress and its Dirctor Ranjit Sinha was found in this respect but no strict action has so far not been taken by the third class Indian judiciary.

Rajivs assasination case, actual murderers were shot dead. Remaining accused (knowingly or unknowingly) reported to be helped the killers and they wee also given death punishment. Later after many years it was made as Life imprisonment and those 7 people are still in Jail over 27 years.
Referred Ranjit Sinha must have retired during Dec 2014 - who ought to have taken action agst him - you may be aware.
