SC's ruling on Ayodhya
by ayesha desai on Oct 30, 2018 07:52 PM

Justice Gogoi's priorities seem to be following Congress dictates. Such judges who have political agenda should be impeached.

SC ruling on Ayodhya

If Congress could attempt to impeach justice Deepak Mishra, why does not RSS or BJP attempt to impeach Gogoi for his callous attitude towards
Hindu majority?

We are paying taxes and donating golds and money to temples, masjids, churches and political parties. Do we know the total party funds or total wealth in religious centers? Do we know the total wealth of political leaders in India? It will be trillions and trillions. Religious authorities and political parties and leaders are misusing this money. In India about 78 million people are homeless, over 4 million children are living on the streets, state of hunger is 196 million, 7000 people are dying every day for hunger, 250 million people can’t afford meal twice/day. 60 % children are malnourished, avg. salary of an Indian is 0.28 $/hour, 58% below poverty line, we consider above Rs. 26/day income to be OK, 836 million people are having income below Rs. 20/day, our literacy is 74%, 50 % children are having no education, 600 million people are facing acute drinking water shortage, 76 million people are not having clean water, 27% of total death in India are due to non-treatment. In India, we have 0.6 doctors and 0.9 hospital beds per 1000 people. About 32 million people are jobless. 56% farmers of India have no land. There are about 5 million child labors in India. And we are supporting for building Mandir, Masjid, Church and Statues. (source – Wiki)

It is dangerous to override court.
by Anand on Oct 29, 2018 09:59 PM  | Hide replies

If we want to bring ordinances for such issues, then what is wrong with bringing an ordinance legalising triple talaq? Let's be clear: whether the issue concerns religion or otherwise, once it is with the SC, we MUST wait for its decision AND abide by it.
This trait of ignoring judiciary, whether for Jallikattu, Sabarimala or Ayodhya is dangerous: If we allow ordinances for our religion, we must also accept similar treatment for others. This will lead to religious governments, which is contrary to all that we ever stood for. Just see the condition of other nations which are ruled by religion. Would any of us like to live in any of those?
May sanity prevail - No point taking law in our hands.

THE AYODHA ISSUE IS NOT A TRIFLING MATTER AS CJI HAS MADE IT LOOK.
IT IS A PROFOUND, HIGHLY EMOTIVE CASE SPANNING 500YEARS, IS A LONG STRUGGLE,WITH MISCHEVEOUS ELEMENTS TRYING TO SCUTTLE SOLUTION.THIS CJI HAS A DOUBTFUL TRACK RECORD AND CONGRESS LEANING PERSON AND CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO ALLOW SOLUTION TILL HE IS IN OFFICE.
THE BJP GOVT WILL LOOK SILLY FAILURE IF THEY DO NOT PASS ORDINANCE FOR RAM MANDIR FOR FEAR OF WHAT A FEW WISE GUYS WILL SAY.

Can any one bet or give assurance for lifetime guarantee of other's prime religious place as compare to Ram Janambhumi. Time is coming shortly, Nature will balance by his judgement. People will cry for their religious place as Hindu asking for judgement for Ram Jaanmbhumi. wait for Nature correction shortly.

Ordnance
by sachchidanand dhar on Oct 29, 2018 08:59 PM

Ordnance has a limited life till next Parliamentary session. After that, it has to be submitted to the parliament. Ruling Party has no majority in Rajya Sabha. Doesn't have 67% majority in Lok Sabha. What is the use of ordnance.
Suppose another government comes before the temple is built, and issues an ordnance to stop construction what will happen then?
