Thanks to Tripathi, Indira Jaising, and NGO CASC. I request them to appeal to the SC for issuing order or advice to the Govt. and Election Commission to arrange ONLINE filing of NOMINATION in MLA & MP election to totally stop obstructive violent practices during present system of physical filing of the same.This being paperless process is ecofriendly too. Many admin.cost and Policing cost and risk of policing will be almost zero. Many able and honest person would take interest in filing nomination . Parliament and Assemblies will see more numbers of GOOD and ABLE persons as law makers. Many unwanted persons gradually can be screend out from entering into Law making bodies. True Politics will be in play. Instead of existing practice of abhorring politics by patriotic visionary persons ,a sea change towards love of Politics will emerge for the benefit of the country.
Thanks to Swapnil Tripathi for waking up the judiciary but why do we wake-up only when shaken or called upon? SC and Government should do this on their own since technology is available. What about smaller courts where number petitions are high and pendency is high.
