It seems the latest effort to snatch citizenship from people of Bengali Hindu community is by invalidating govt issued documents like citizenship certificates, refugee registration certificates etc in addition to invalidating voter list prior to 1971 and asking for some documents which are hardly available with common Indian citizens across the country. It is to be mentioned that citizenship certificates and refugee registration certificates were issued to the victims of indo-pak partition by government itself in 50s and 60s and now mr hazela who is an employee of the government is telling that his office e(Nrc) will not accept these documents. Lakhs of people who submitted such documents as legacy data after approval by SC could not find their names in Nrc final draft as Nrc officials rejected such documents under instruction of Mr hazela. In simple words, no effort is left behind to snatch away citizenship from people of this community by hook or by crook and make them stateless in their own country. This is the level of injustice and torture going on the victims of indo-pak partition although these community had the maximum contribution and sacrifice for independence of this country. Jai hind!
