to avoid such accident , trains should be equipped with such a instrument , that if somebody on train track about 500 meters ahead the train ,then train should be stooped immediately

In that case, trains would be kept standing all over India, because there is endless stream of unmindful people crossing the tracks.
Dear Sir, If even train Driver saw the people standing on the track and put emergency brake at 90KM PH speed, then it could have been an accident and it may result in more hundreds of death.. Can you explain, why they were standing on the track. I prey for their soul rest in peace and injured recovered soon

Why Piyush goyal should resign. It's duty of organisers to take permission from railway authority for any event near 100 meter of track on both side. Organisers should held responsible , DM ,SP of city should held responsible. Indian railways act. Reference.
