Whys should any body cry after 20 years? If we really want to take any action against any type of harassment, we must have to raise voice today. NCW has done a good job to create a e-mail ID to register complaint against harassment . This will facilitate women to register their complaint without any delay and fear. Now, NCW has to take prompt action on all the complaints and ensure culprit must have penalized as soon as possible so that women in our country can work freely at their work place. One thing I want to add here,any woman who register such complaint only to gain popularity or to take personal revenge , must be discouraged by NCW so that genuine case get justice quickly.
