Why cant they put pressure on the father - uncle duo. Ask them to come to the Police station every hour to report. Jam all phone lines. The culprit will surrender within a day. All botched up.

Why not his family members picked up from -particularly father. such is that generally police does in normal case.Didnot do because being Politician. Wow!
