Is Me too an official site, why media is declaring our country a rapist and criminal country, those who have grudge would have gone to file a FIR instead of getting cheap popularity through this free source. Need to file charges against media first.
If BJP has any ethics and value women's dignity, sack M J AKBAR immediately. He is spoiling the image of the Party. C K Janu Aadivasi activist and a very influential leader among Adivasis's kerala is leaving BJP. The party failed to accommodate her though proclaim about the welfare of poor and downtrodden. The party is going to perish in 2019 . I am one of the party supporter who voted you to power in 2014 have given enough support to social medias as far as possible. BJP is digging its on grave in Rafeal, Mismanagement in Note Bandi, Haste in implementation of GST, implementation of long term capital gain. Now there is no difference between BJP and UPA , then why should people vote for you ?. I wish AKG get a chance to lead India. He is the only leader who can do something for India

Krishnan, dont vote for BJP if you like. Without your vote also they will retain power for the second term. BJP will not sack M J Akbar just because some of the women have allegations against him for the inccident of alleged misbehaviour happened long back. YUou should better know about legal procedure in this country and have trust, faith and confidence in Indian judiciary. Why all of sudden number of women got wisdom to lodge a complaint against him ? Why they were sleeping all these years ? Why they dont want to follow process of law and want trial only on media ? Let them prove their charges before appropriate legal authorities with evidence. Mere baseless allegations against someone will not work.

This can happen only in India and only under Modi. A criminal like Akbar, who has been charged with serious sexual offenses it threatening legal action. With Modi's blessing he may even win the legal cases.

How you can say Akbar is criminal without any of the baseless allegations levelled against him are not proved? Are you judge to give your verdict without following due process of law and without giving fair opportunity to the [person against whom there are allegations ? Why none of the women wnat to follow legal process ?

Please answer to your conscience. At this age you need to have high moral standards. Don't put everything on Judiciary. There will be no difference between a hard core criminal and others. They are the people who plan and execute and defend seeking lack of witness etc. Making mistake is human but accepting with grace and correcting is step towards perfection. If he is guilty his conscience will not allow him to have peace and every day the thought itself will be a torture for him unless he has a criminal intent.
This is fate of inefficient judiciary coupled with funny proactive accusing people (politicians) and organisations. Many innocents will suffer in this unfortunate society, where judiciary has its unjustifiable bench marks and no action taken on accusers who cause irreparable loss to personalities, having no regrets nor compensation, very very disturbing.

Why are you blaming judiciary? It is not in the picture yet. Why are you blaming politicians? What else they do when they talk about such affairs between Nehru and lady Mounbatton? Is it not a shame? Let the judiciary come in picture. Let us see what happens. Then we can comment.And it is not only about problem for male, it is problem for a lady also. Let then both face the acid test and then we can conclude about truth. As on today the me too ladies are facing problems like males.
This is a complaint between two individuals. Parties and their positions have no role to support or oppose the charges. The man or woman charged or accused should take action or reply the charges. .c

What are you talking? Do you say that someone managed 10-15 ladies for making false allegations? If that is the case, it means that our society is at bottom of any civilization. Better you apply some common sense if you understand the basic law. why all of sudden everyone has startewd accusing some person after many years ? Sleeping with consent from proper participants is not a crime. Application of force is crime. You can take a gift from anyone. But you cannot force anyone to give a gift.
