...and see to it that the guilty is punished, and also faulty complaints must punish the complainant.... DO NOT LET GO ANY of them....EITHER THE CULPRIT IS PENALIZED OR THE COMPLAINANT IS PENALIZED....DO NOT "LET GO" any one of them...!!!
