How many politicians are prepared to step down from their post or come out of politics if they are accused by twitters, or facebook, or media trial judgement? My M J Akbar should not be the only victim of medial trial or face book/twitter allegation.

There is no need for Akbar to resing based on mere allegations by some people after years. As per the Indian law, it is duty of complainant to prove their charge. However, knowing very well that their case is very weak and difficult to prove, most of the alleged victims prefer media trial and has no guts to file complaint before appropriate legal authorities. Aloknath has shown guts to file a case of defamation against the people who accused him of sexual harassment. Every accused should file such defamation case agaisnt such fake complainants and take them to task for their efforts to tarnish their image.

Rahul babar, after falling flat on his face, by making a mountain out of rafale mole-hill, now is trying to ride the me too wave. But Rahul should realise that sukanya devi case can come haunting.
The media should be baned from publishing this allegation till the truth is brought out thro proper investigation. Presently, only God knows who is trying to benefit out of what. The country is deviating from its main path as if only this is the issue.
Irrespective of the truth in the allegation which is being leveled with inordinate delay by the persons who are not rustic villagers moreso only in media and not before the law,then such publication by media without any verification wouls amount to gross defamation and damages. Hence affected persons should file both cases all over the country in millions so that they would not encash on the misery of both the affected parties.
