No one can save any river from pollution, as no one is serious to control population. All dirt is created by humans only, regarding dams, water management etc., all work is undertaken to feed people only who are multiplying like mushrooms particularly in unwanted sector.
He died for a cause not for him but for others. Hope his sacrifice is not wasted,Modi government took thousand lives,say it as Farmer or Individual Public,but who cares.

We can remember that when he agitated in 2009-10, the MMS UPA Govt did respond to him and the GOM headed by Pranab MUkherjee, closed three major dam projects across the Bhagirathi. This was an unprecedented decision at the time, taken even though RS 600 cr had been already spent on these projects. Prog Aggarwal struck a great blow for the environment then. Perhaps he did not see the same kind of interest in environment in the present setup, and hence his final fast.'
