The stated purpose of the raids was to unearth evidence for violation of foreign exchange laws by the media house. The raids continued for days and a case was filed against the channel.
It has been more than 2 years since this took place. And the IT department has been dragging the case ever since !
There have been no less than 21 adjournments for the trial - each one at the request of the IT department !
Counsel for NDTV has attended every single one of the trial sessions, only to see the court granting an adjournment to the prosecution on the flimsiest of reasons !
The Modi govt is apparently still busy trying to find the evidences for those foreign exchange violations by NDTV !

The real Presstitutes are Republic TV, News X and Zee TV who are all pro political party in power.
