The AG is making a brazenly false statement, regarding national security. A totally fix-up company like Ambani plugged in solely and entirely by PM Modi, without following any laid down procedures, in the hope that he was too popular and dearly loved by his speeches enjoying public, and the nation losing thousands of crores for that scam deal ....all that should be recognized by AG as NATIONAL SECURITY MATTER. AG must answer : if PM Modi had allowed 5 lakh crore for Ambani and done other bizarre things on his own, would that still not be national security matter?

Respected AG may please reply. The AG of Modi govt denied consideration of Rafale deal by SC as this is a matter national security. We want to know whether there was any case in the court of law regarding Bofors canon procurement. If happened why that was also a national security matter.

In Bofors there were middlemen who siphoned millions of dollars and this included allegedly Qattroche, the "uncle" of the family. Later on this man was helped to flee India, his accounts were defrozen by Congress led government. Rahul and his mother were party to the cover up. There is no such thing in Rafale.

Anil Ambani was Dassault choice. Not suggested by NDA government or its ministers. Do not lie in public media forums
The court seeking information from the Centre on the decision making process in the deal in a sealed cover is the right first step by SC.I compliment SC for that because the decision making on the Rafale deal does look very arbitrary taken by just one man by-passing all due processes. Why can't a Parliamentary committee of opposition MPs be shown the details of processes followed confidentially? The Modi govt. stand that "....such issues cannot be reviewed judicially" is simply ridiculous! Bofors case is till not closed.People are very disappointed that PM,.Modi came to power on the promise of fighting corruption and bringing transparency has in fact made the govt. processes arbitrary and enacted certain laws very opaque with proliferation of crony-capitalism.In every field and spheres of governance he talks something but does something else.

SC correctly REJECTED the plea to go into pricing and technical aspects. This is a big blow to Congress and its leader who is everyday going round the country spreading while lies.
