The court seeking information from the Centre on the decision making process in the deal in a sealed cover is the right first step by SC.I compliment SC for that because the decision making on the Rafale deal does look very arbitrary taken by just one man by-passing all due processes. Why can't a Parliamentary committee of opposition MPs be shown the details of processes followed confidentially? The Modi govt. stand that "....such issues cannot be reviewed judicially" is simply ridiculous! Bofors case is till not closed.People are very disappointed that PM,.Modi came to power on the promise of fighting corruption and bringing transparency has in fact made the govt. processes arbitrary and enacted certain laws very opaque with proliferation of crony-capitalism.In every field and spheres of governance he talks something but does something else.

SC correctly REJECTED the plea to go into pricing and technical aspects. This is a big blow to Congress and its leader who is everyday going round the country spreading while lies.
In democracy, judiciary and media are the sentinels for safeguarding the rights and enforcing duties. When the executive bends to the political masters its time for the judiciary to step in.Thats what is happening now.

But making false allegations without any proof is a crime. That is what Congress leaders are doing. We should penalize liars.
Defence deals are always secret as except the two parties, no one needs to be told and will have any locus standi ... why are the courts so interested ???
Re: What will anyone gain by this disclosure ???

The courts are so interested because it looks increasingly apparent that the Modi govt took away the deal from the PSU HAL and gave it to a 10 day old company formed by Anil Ambani for the purpose of diversion of tens of thousands of crores of rupees from the exchequer to his account !
This has been put forth very clearly in each of the PILs and the court seeks to know why the DPP (defence procurement procedure) was violated by the Modi govt !
So, before asking dumb questions the next time, read about the issue in detail !

Abe ever stinking kaliye, The Apex court has asked government to to furnish the details of decision making process and the government will furnish them the information required. The jobless, useless, kalumal, komaaaaaaaaaaaaali buffoon like you should very well understand that the court dont want to go into the details of price or specification. Howevfer , totally useless kalumal buffoon , who always pretend to have accecss to all the conffidential information of CAG report, surfeys, deals etc inspite of the fact no one allowed you people to come anywhere close to them . Before come to any conclusions in advanmce as per your dirty habit, better wait for the outcome of the decision of Apex court after the government furnish them details.

It is unfortunate that we are assuming corruption on the basis if perception created by some anti Indua elements because disclosure details will be beneficial to pak and china. Till now no ine knows what is the cost of aircraft, what type arsenal the plane will have, what type of arrangements made to use new misiles like Brahmos ,akash ,nag ,etc. Hence coming to a conclusion without sufficient details is like prejudgement without sufficient data. Let us wait the conclusion of supreme court.
