Sabarimala review petition
by daniel thorat on Oct 09, 2018 10:03 AM

It does seem inappropriate for the hon`ble SC even to allow a review petition. Was there a mistake in the original judgment? Is there dearth of pending matters before SC? Is that a national priority? It is sincerely hoped that the dynamic current CJI looks into these things boldly and removes this abuse of the process of court.

Is it not possible that the entire world minus these "devotees" are laughing at India whose PM Modi gives talks all around on those several slogans that include everything under the sun. If this particular "deity" (howsoever the word may be defined) who is no human being any longer but some physical substance or an idol or some other symbol that is worshipped, is so hyper-allergic to women of a certain age range, is it not right for our people to look into this great andhashraddha? All our shraddhas must have some basic, sensible rationale and in this case there is no such thing. I think the hon`ble SC judgment is absolutely correct and must be obeyed in full by all concerned. Enough of this shraddha business, because 125 crore minds can have all these shraddhas. It would be madness to listen to them

Sabarimala Judgement was a pervert judgement by fools

The % man judge comprising one woman to discuss an issue of women entry into the famous divine shrine in Kerala is nothing but a foolish idea of Deepak Mishra who doesn't any thing on constitution and practicability with which religion should be handled. It should be 4 woman judges and the CJI. However Mishra must be still rubbing his cheek for the hot slap the lone lady gave when she put her dissent. Kerala CM never expected resent from woman folk of his cadre. The stupidity of the CPM stands exposed. They dug their grave and Congress trying to fish in murky waters. Keralites will surely throw out CPM forever. That's for sure. Both UDF and LDF are headed for doom.
