it is known that closure of small scale factories causes migrant workers come back due to panic . Gujarat government and central government is rensposible for mass exodus of migrant workers , There living conditions tell lot of tale . PM should open his mouth to ensure migrant workers are safe and back to work
Rape and consequent violence are both very tragic /unfortunate and both acts need to be condemned. Most of the labourers have not left GUjarat(forever)but, as a matter of safety, preponed the usual Diwali festival,return to their villages.
Never spare these instigators. Make then pay for their acts - dearly. These low life scoundrels who has put on the garb of leaders pit one region against the other.

We need a law , a very stringent law to take care of this kind of instigators. Whoever is instigating this kind of hatred among regions in India, should be shot dead by law.
