Administration in Gujarat has become weak. Home Minister Pradip Jadeja is the weakest one since 1960. Police is inefficient and corrupt. Politicians dont care as migrant workers are not votebanks. A strong and honest Home Minister is needed here. Not this chap Jadeja. Actually he is now becoming a liability on BJP apart from being useless for citizens.z
MaadharChodhsAre everywhere in India but more in North India. For instance, 2% South Indians AreMaadharChods but that rate is over 20% in North India.
According to me, South India means Kerala, TN, AP, Karnataka, Telangana; East India means Orissa, WB, Assam and North-Eastern states; and North India means all other states (including Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat) not covered in South & East India.
MaadharChodhsInclude rapists, robbers, dacoits, murderers, religious extremists, corrupt fellows, cell phone snatchers, laptop snatchers, chain snatchers, corrupt govt officials, dirty politicians, etc (notwithstanding the literal meaning of the term).
IN SOUTH CRIMES ARE BETTER REPORTED whereas in North India, crimes poorly reported.
Delhi, UP, MP, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar are the worst places where MaadharChodhsAre highest in proportion.
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 130,000 criminals pan-India every year (100,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10,000 East Indians). Everyday at least 70 criminals (25,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
All Indians (South or North) need conscience-development training, but there should be special focus on reforming North Indians.
Most of the people from Bihar & U.P. are illiterates and lack of cultural,civic or moral senses. These people are worst than animals. People of the country are aware that the Shiv Senas started a movement strongly opposing the Biharis staying in Mumbai because the Biharis are in the habits of spiting/urinating everywhere on the streets beside stealing & pickpocketing. It is time that civilised Indian society must resist and severely punish the Biharis & U.P. people who create nuisenses and crimes viz. rapes, pickpocketing etc.

Somewhat extent it is true..... they never think about others... while travelling in local train they occupy the gate n do not give way to other rcommuters to get down... even they have to get down at remote stations.... start staying on footpath,,, do business on foot path....
