Both are criminal to the extent that they have made whole country a rapist in the eye of the world, A lot of man power, judiciary, police and NGOs are busy only to sort out one sided laws framed to protect women even on fake issues. Few who are well of, well educated and quite influential in public life are mis-using this one sided law to draw attention of the people. We want urgent correction where only women or girls living in pitiable condition or actually needing help must be protected to save society for total women dominance,

did you read "Upon hearing this, Mohan, his mother and some other women beat them up. 14 children are still at hospital" That means women themselves are also involved in 'women or girls living in pitiable condition'
