Abe kaliye wayside defecator ! The reason for that is very obvious to anyone with common sense and a reasonable level of education !
The reason is that most north Indians are far too stuxpid to realise the benefits of universal education, good public healthcare, proper sanitation, comprehensive land reforms, decent minimum wages, decent working conditions, etc !
Which is why North Indian states are far worse than even some of the poorest African countries in terms of human development !
And I have told you this fact so many times !
What can anyone do if you are far too stuxpid to understand ?
