Today India is able to trade with Russia and Iran, in spite of ban by the usa and still being friendly to usa.
This shows the improved international relations India has today. Compare this to the situation 6-7 years ago when India had an all time low image internationally.

bocz otherwise the opposition parties in India would create a ruckus over it as for them national interest is subservient to their personal and political interests
Thanks to the present govt, to strengthening the Indian defence with major deals for Navy, Airforce and Army. Congress compromised the national security by weakening the military.
