Before making such goody goody statements, ensure that these two are charged with IPC 302, premeditated cold blooded murder of an unarmed, defenceless citizen and jailed. Otherwise no one will believe what you are saying.

POLICE ARE LESS EDUCATED MAY BE 10 OR 12 TH PASS WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THEM. NEED TO TAKE GRADUATES FROM NEXT RECUITMENT.
