Presently the frivolous cases filed by senior lawyers are heard on priority and important cases involving life or livelihood of a poor man filed by junior lawyer are not heard by supreme court judges because senior lawyers are agents of judges to collect bribe for judges. Therefore I request new Chief Justice to do away with distinction between senior and junior lawyer and hee should give priority to cases of poor men filed by junior lawyer or personally
A cases pertaining to politicians will not be heard within specific time. That is why we have many alleged criminals and cheaters as elected representatives. Even after 15 years, neither they are convicted nor acquitted.
Every judge has disappointed common man, let us see what judicial reform he brings. In lower courts, under the nose of a judge, daily Reader or Peshkar takes bribe, no one is concerned. Similarly many judgement of lower courts are changed in higher court, few are due to bias, no one is punished,
