When Reliance is the need of the hour the Reliable has to go. That is Money power Vs Military power. But I don't think it is punishment of the PM. He is not a man of that nature like the Congress predecessors who unleash their wrath.

all knows what predecessor were doing minting money from all directions and from all deals and from the budget allocation too....
In the ministry of defense, the Defense Secretary should be from Army. Then only, The requirement of Army may be fulfilled to the desired extent. IAS does not understand the need of defense and they decide whatever they know and as per their whims . Moreover, all the secretaries should be from their specialized field and not from IAS cadre as they don't know anything about the particular department. They are Jack of all but master of nothing. This colonial system should be replaced as soon as possible in the interest of the Country.

Very true , You are right. Secretaries as well as department heads should be from the department only i.e. health depart should be headed by a doctor. pwd by an engineer, IT by IT expert, etc. These IAS dont know the iota about the departments and take all the decisions

Mr Agarwal: What you said is fine. Here the more powerful men are politicians who hold ministerial position and dominate the officials. If not obliged or yield to the request of the minister, Officials are being made powerless.
Gen kanduri when he was CM of my state did wonderfull job... he brought dicipline.. & silenced money bags... now the ones ruling puppets are those who used to give commision to get work & now are collecting commision
The facts speak otherwise: "In a recent newspaper article extolling Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi, BJP President Amit Anilchandra Shah reflected on the PM's credentials as an institution-builder.
'Organisations and institutions are, at the end of the day, manned by people who put their shared vision above individual interest,' Shah observed.
He might have been describing General Khanduri. And look what happened to him, in a regime of institutions-builders!
