... the ministers are very happy. When someone messes up and when its time to take responsibility, these j0kers are abandoned mid-water. Hope these cops learn a lesson at least now.
PLease note that in the USA, if a cop asks you to stop, you just stop with your hands gkued to the wheel and do not move at all until he says so. the smallest movement can get you shot dead without question. The agencies and court will also try and find out why Tiwari did not halt his vehicle.

US cops are honest where 90% Indian cops are criminals and corrupt fellows. In fact, Indian cops know who are real chain- & mobiles-snatchers, dacoits, smugglers, etc. but do not take action bec they have share.
