Army above Civil or Police administration
by c vm on Nov 30, 2018 12:00 PM

Armymen the great risk-takers and sacrificers as long as they r in service should not come under Civil Law or Civil Administration and any legal issues, punishments and justice should be dealt by Army Administration & Legal cell alone. If not so, it is a great insult to the Army RANK & PAY who struggle at borders with no proper roof & food and safety leaving their families at far distances unattended if answerable to Civilian administrators of AC Rooms & Comforts , but to humiliate their own saviors (Armymen) under whose mercy , all Civilians and Govt. officials r sleeping comfortably with filled up bellies. No Govt. is addressing this aspect while we r all at the mercy of Armymen safeguarding us at Borders but remaining ungrateful to these Brave men.

Agree with the article, but in Kashmir-PAK is fighting a different war with the help of fanatic local Islamics and separatists. They are to be pushed to PAK.

If Jinnah was a traitor it was because of people like you who seem to interpret everything from religious eyes. You want Muslims to prove their patriotism. Please do some research and understand it was Jinnah who urged Gandhi and Nehru not to get involved in Khilafat movement as he wanted to keep religion away from politics. And by the way, why talk about only Jinnah as traitor what about all the other leaders educated in Doon school who sold this country? Isnt every politician, bureaucrat and Government servant who is corrupt a traitor? In that respect Shah stands tall as he has served the Nation and I think he has every right to speak his mind as I believe his intention can never be doubted and it will always be in the best interest of India
