transparency, honesty and willingness to decide cases in reasonable time frame are the things required ... to start with ... every thing in this world has a time frame or a time limit ... but not our judiciary ... times must change ...
SIR, It is high time to start ALL INDIA JUDICIAL SERVICES (AIJS) at par with IAS and other services. All other professions like Administrative , engineering , CA , CS MBA Medical etc.have all India level services than why not JUDICIARY ?
the system of taking in high court judges directly b the collegium should be done away with. Like other central services, IAS,IPS IRS etc, their should be Indian Judiciary Service, whose members should move up from sub division courts to highest court.
Since independence every political party , bureaucracy adopted practice that (1) we will not adhere any law (2) We will not allow anybody to take law in hand (3) If anybody will go to court he will not get justice in time. Justice delayed is justice denied is very soft language. In fact political system work very hard for this one.
