There is nothing wrong. It is duty of Government to line up all department properly. Bureaucrats are eater and sleeper till the age of retirement. they don't have any sympathy about public. Enjoying high salary. bureaucrats makes maximum process lose. having more bypass in maximum orders etc. prime minister doing proper duty. accountability and vouching is important of every work.

Free House, car and amenities everywhere they go, transport for their wives shopping spree,even free gifts in the shops, etc etc... When will this British sop to keep Indian slave offices on track end?? When Govt just pays salary and withdraw all other benefits and let them live,travel and eat like a common man, the country will become truly independant..
All procedures and majority of officers are with congress type working and mentality, whereas present Govt. is of RSS mentality, clash is bound to happen, nothing wrong, things will be settled soon by 2024. Old habits do not die early. People are tuned to loosely working and without any responsibility. Not possible with Modi at least.
