We have many urban naxal and advocates too viz Prashant Bhushan etc., for which doors of SC are always open. PMO office says that "... searching numerous filed will disproportionately divert the resources of the office from the normal discharge of it's functions ...".
It's preposterous to say that the PMO does not have a record of all complaints of corruption and will have to "search" "numerous files" and that such an activity will disproportionately affect the "normal discharge of it's duties"!
Is keeping of a record of corruption cases and allegations not "normal discharge of the duties of the PMO"?
This just shows how casually the PMO and Modi takes corruption charges against it's Ministers!
