Judicial delays.
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Nov 21, 2018 07:53 AM

The case of Kishori itself shows that life sentences were given even many years ago. It was only our very slow judicial system that caused so much delay. There is no point in blaming the Vajpayee or MMS Govts for such long delays.

Delhi court awards first death penalty in 1984 riots case
by NG Nileshwar on Nov 20, 2018 07:45 PM

The convict's age must be around 25 years.
34 years to decide penalty. By now he should be 60 years.
Still to go through the High Court, Supreme Court and Presidential assent.
Will the person be hanged or die without the confirmation of the Death sentence?

True very true its pity that we could not do under the aegis of so called secular congress for Kashmiri pandits...Muslims have forced them out of state and grabbed their property...and govts showering love on them...
