In case of reservation battle going on in Maharashtra the Tata Institute of Social Sciences the report copy is in the hands of TV Channels particularly ABP Maza. In the discussion on the topic the Anchor Prasanna Joshi was telling it time and again that they have got the copy of report even before it is discussed in the State Cabinet. These things are not surprising at all as these TV Channels had shown live from Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai 26.11.attack and which ultimetly helped the attackers to carry out their operations without any problem. If we people can compromise on the matters of National Security recent leaks in Case of CBI and Tata Institute of Social Science report is just small thing. These days even marriage of stars is also an event. Luckily they are not showing the first night of these stars after marriage live. At this rate these days are also not far off
All Govts expoited CBI for their vested political interests. All CBI directores were chamchas of the then Govts and investigations were carried out with only motive to please the political bosses. To blame present Govt for all ills will be unfair opinion. Take the cases of previous directors Sinha & Verma against whom Supreme court is monitoring serious enquiries. It is high time to appoint police officers of high integrity to run this institution

......several of our constitutional bodies need to be revitalised which will mean some heads will have to roll.....the senior congressi-era (non)functionaries at the top of these institutions never bonded with the Nation......the rascals were bonded to corruption and exploitation of position and power at the cost of neglect of service and accountability to the people of the Nation who paid for them all through their careers in government institutions.

It's the BJP that has completely hijacked all institutions for its political self-profit and self-preservation. Not just the CBI, but also ED, IT, and to an extent, EC.

you got my comment wrong......it matters not who appoints them....the top functionaries are liable to anti-BJP leaning as they have been ingrained into congressi way of (non)functioning.....BJP does not have a choice...they have to take in people from within only and be prepared to axe them when required..which is the bold thing to do for any government ! And i see nothing wrong in BJP "taming" the top functionaries of all our xonstitutional bodies which need to "facilitate" governance and not become a nuisance by rendering themselves vulnerable to backdoor congressi-meddling that comes with lures and sops to those who know they have their last few years in positions of authority ! BJP NEEDS to gewt more aggressive to ride above the crest of vested-interest-driven chaos and confusion in many such critical areas of what constitutes a broader governance of the Nation.
Let there be no doubt that CBI was always politicized.Two new things have happened now. Modi has virtually destroyed it by planting his man from Gujrat as No.2 and directly running CBI through his No2 man bypassing No1. to target opposition leaders.So the 2nd thing that has happened is opposition mainly the C-party has captured No1. and pushing its agenda.Thanks to Modi's abrasive character occupying PM's position and has no qualms of vendetta politics Babus of virtually every institution are now vertically divided into two factions---ruling and opposition.Unless Modi the despotic character is voted out as PM i do not see any solution.
The root cause in becoming a puppet of Political bosses starts from recruitment stage and goes on stronger when promotions and postings are taken care of. The HC and SC have a major responsibility if things have to change and first all political cases have to be completed including appeals within a frame work of one or two years and the criminals are barred for life from contesting. why Our India like this after 65 years. Why previous Govts. and instututions under it not able to acheive the progress like curruption free or minimal India, no or very minimal pending cases at courts etc. why needy people are not getting assistance; why freebees or required etc. can any one answer which includes this so called journalists this article writer etc. and more over why journalists are became currupt or biased.
