The squeaky clean image of the BJP Govt and its Ministers lies shattered now. WIth one MInsiter accused of taking big money and other persons in top level COnstitutional positions hobnobbing with the dregs and fixers of the underworld, this makes 2G and coal look like angels at play.
Are the officers so spineless that they have kept quiet and choose to add all spices only upon being transferred. If they are straight forward officers, the moment there had been interference he or his boss should have escalated this to the highest level or should have approached the court. This essentially mean a big cartel both inside and outside is working in the CBI and only when it hurts them, such accusations are made. The court should haul such officers and order for investigation of there conduct. They are all unfit to occupy such important offices.

You are wrong. Every officer is not a saint. He or she wants to retire peacefully with a pension. The system is so corrupt and made corrupt by the politicians that once you are in the system you can not speak bad about that unless you are permitted or you are in trouble.

It's the big people at the highest level such as National Security Advisor and Union Minister, themselves who are acting as an unholy team, shielding each other from searches and arrests ?
Looks like this govt's subversion of of investigating agencies is murkier and deeper than previously known.
Also, looks like the "holy" "anti-corruption" pedestal of BJP is fast crumbling too.

These people had to keep their careers intact and hence did not speak up immediately. It is only when criminality exceeds some limits that people start speaking. In this case , the limit was reached when the entire ASthana probe team was disbanded and everyone transferred to remote places . DOn't expect people to risk their careers and pensions at the drop of a hat.
