It is normal for men and women to interact after all that’s the only two humans nature has made. And it is normal for a woman to make an opinion.
And it is the job of the state to protect her view if she says no. After all it is her consent that matters to Law. So who should she go to?
what can be done with a society who likes to make women pregnant and can tolerate her children to dirty their sofa but get mad at her littlest mistake?She deserves at least as much love as her children?
even worst is a society who likes to make her pregnant, rob her child in the name of surrogacy, and claim her child as their own. let the child dirty their expensive Sofa while she rots in some corner, conveniently forgotten?

It is sure, Mr. Khattar will face criticism bylaw makers need to think deeply that despite many efforts are to stop this kind of violence against women it is no way decreasing. Perhaps both man & woman need to play role to stop this and perhaps need better study because just by womamcentric law it may not be possible to control
For other pupose women safety power given by law getting misused to threat man is issue man facing getting used to punish man for other purpose need to avoid by law.
