Issue pertains to disciplinary norm of a shrine, nothing to do with inhumanity. Why and and for whom court has given such verdict,if so everyone should be allowed to enter into SC without any permission. Our laws and governance is defective, tax payers money is for wasting on all such unwanted and unconcerned issues, just to satisfy the ego of few, who even do not have any devotion for the shrine.

Disciplinary norm (whatever it means) cannot be discriminatory and above the Constitution of India.

Constitution of India also gives fundamental right of freedom of religion!! The religious ritual at just one place in such a big country cannot create discrimination even at zonal level. But i know you are an atheist and won't understand these things!!

Fortunately, Constitution is interpreted by the wise judges of SC. People of India have to accept what SC says. Period.

Our judicial system is biased and could not win the confidence of common man, look at triple talaq in a bench of 5, 3:2, muslim judge gives negative consent, why when law is the same for total land. We need drastic changes in governance as well as in judicial system.

I can not comment on Golden temple which has it set of rules.. same way you also keep away from other's sentiments and value. Its not politics here. This lady in question wants publicity as she has no other job.. What she wants to prove.. Just and just publicity..

Women have many other things to do, why does she show that women's rights are desperate for Sabrimala. I am sure there are millions of women in India who have never visited Sabrimala and may never do it in their life. Still they will never say their right getting infringed!!

Going to Sabarimala is not a picnic or a social outing. Non-Hindus, even those with Hindu sounding names, will obviously not understand that a private tapasya which should not be mixed with media hype and public posturing. There are other places where she can speak to the media .. from the precincts of a holy place ... no way.

Many more millions with the right intent, including from the female gender are free to go. It is obvious that padres and mullahs do not understand logic.
