The SC shd HV stayed the verdict..allowing young ladies into the temple. What is use of reviewing thewing the verdict, if it has already decided not to overturn it's verdict???
The present scenario indicates this clearly.

Why? Because the new CJI Ranjan Gogoi is the son of ex congress chief minister? Is it true?

Yes I Agree. To avoid ugly scenes, tension prevailing during the holly MANDALA / MAKARA pooja days, Supreme Court having agreed to hear the review petition should have stayed its verdict. We are yet again going to see the most ugly scenes for the next 60 odd days.

Supreme court should have given a stay as it would have only maintained status quo. Heavens will not fall if women of menstrural age is not allowed for darshan. Already heavens have fallen in the form of unprecedented floods and the state government needs to concentrate on rebuilding the state rather than women entry at Sabarimala. I only wish the state government will not take it as a prestige issue and forcefully let a few women who are not devotees but activists and try to create a sensation and make it into a law and order problem. Better sense should prevail on the Government.
