One can not clean whole india. Its our responsibility to put clean and put garbage on Right Place.
More than anyone it is the people of Delhi who are responsible for their plight .... they run all kinds of polluting industries, burn garbage, dont dispose off the garbage properly, dont repair potholes in the roads which generate road dust and still blame punjab, haryana, up for their misery ...
